You pay for the ad. Who answers the questions under it?

The campaign is running and “how much is it?” is piling up in the comments. Vexvon answers every one of them — and puts the price in the customer's inbox rather than on your post.

  1. The ad runs
  2. A comment arrives
  3. Public reply
  4. Continues in Messenger
The problem

The comment section is where your ad budget leaks fastest.

You paid for the click. The question got asked. The answer came late, or never came at all.

  1. 01

The questions peak exactly when your team is busiest

Comments start stacking up the moment a campaign goes live. At that hour your social media manager is usually doing something else, and the comments get read in the evening.

  2. 02

You do not want the price sitting in public

Post it and your competitors read it, along with the customer you quoted differently. Leave it out and the question goes unanswered, and the person moves on.

  3. 03

A commenter never becomes a customer

“DM us” is where it ends. Few people do, and some of the ones who do get lost on the way.

Vexvon solves all three with the same move: it replies to the comment, and sends the real answer to the one place the conversation can carry on.

The mechanic

The comment stays public. The price does not.

One comment, two replies: the one everybody sees, and the one only the person who asked sees.

How much is it?

What stays on the post

Hi! I've just sent you the details in a message 💙

What goes to Messenger

Hi Gunel! The model in the photo is 89 AZN, 62 AZN with the discount. Sizes: S, M, L. Which one should we send?

If the private message cannot be delivered — because the person does not accept messages from pages, for instance — the full answer is posted publicly instead. The question is never left unanswered.

  1. 01

Your competitors do not read your prices

The comment section does not turn into a price list, and discounts or one-off quotes stay out of public view.

  2. 02

The commenter moves into a conversation

After the public reply they are already in your Messenger inbox — which is also where the phone number is captured.

  3. 03

    Only new comments are processed

Likes, edits, deletions and reply threads make no noise, and the bot never wakes an old conversation back up.

Messenger

The conversation carries on in Messenger and ends in a lead.

Whether they came from a comment or wrote to you directly, the answer comes from the same knowledge base.

  1. It reads consecutive messages together

A customer sends three separate messages — the bot reads all of them and answers once, in full, instead of three times.

  2. It understands voice notes too

When somebody records instead of typing, the note is transcribed, the question is understood, and it gets answered.

  3. It captures the number

The moment a number appears in the conversation, a customer record is created and your sales team is notified.

  4. It steps aside when a person takes over

When you reply from the panel or straight from Facebook, the bot recognises it as a staff message and stays out of the conversation.

Messenger

Vexvon is answering

  1. Customer

Hi, what sizes does this come in?

  2. Vexvon

Hello! It comes in S, M and L. Tell me your height and the size you usually wear and I'll recommend one.

  3. Customer

    170, usually an M

  4. Vexvon

M will be right for you. It's 62 AZN with the discount, and delivery within Baku takes a day. Could you leave your number so we can place the order?

  5. Customer

    055 123 45 67

  6. Vexvon

Got it. One of our sales team will be in touch today to confirm the order.

A conversation that started as a comment ends with a size, a price, a delivery time and a number — and none of it appeared in the comment section.

What it can do

Four jobs Facebook does for you.

Comments get handled, Messenger gets answered, leads do not go missing, and the connection looks after itself. Open any of them to see what is inside.

Public reply on the post
A new comment under your page post gets an open reply, directly on the post.
Private replies
The full answer is sent to the commenter through Messenger, while a short public reply stays under the post.
New top-level comments only
Reply threads, likes, edits and deletions are not processed.
Public fallback
If the private message cannot be delivered, the answer is posted publicly instead — the question is never left hanging.

Scenarios

Where the Facebook integration shows itself most.

All four are tied directly to what you spend on ads.

01

Campaign day

«How much is it?»

Dozens of identical questions arrive. Every one gets answered and every one moves to Messenger — your team only looks at the conversations that keep going.

02

The ad somebody sees at night

«Are you open tomorrow?»

The comment is written at 1am and answered the same minute. In the morning your team finds a lead already waiting.

03

The customer who records instead of typing

«Voice note · 14 seconds»

The note is transcribed, the question is understood, and it gets answered — nobody has to sit and listen to it first.

04

When a person takes the conversation

«I'll handle this one myself»

The moment the manager writes from the panel, the bot steps aside; the customer is never answered in two different voices.

The Vexvon platform

Your customer is not only on Facebook.

Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, your website and your phone line all connect to the same Vexvon account.

Somebody who saw the ad on Facebook and then wrote from Instagram is not two customers. Wherever the conversation starts, it is written to the same customer record. The channel changes; the context does not.
