CRM & Leads

The number gets typed. The system does the rest.

Creating the lead, matching the duplicate, setting the priority and assigning an owner all happen in the seconds after a customer types their number. And your manager can work it from the panel — or straight from Telegram.

  1. The number is found
  2. The lead is built
  3. An owner is assigned
  4. The history accumulates
The problem

You have the number. You don't have a lead.

Collecting a number is easy. Turning it into something a salesperson can work is usually somebody's manual job.

  1. 01

Numbers stay buried in the conversation

A customer types their number halfway through a chat. Somebody has to spot it and copy it out — and by the end of the day, a few never get copied.

  2. 02

The same person, recorded three times

Once from Instagram, then from WhatsApp, then from a call. Three separate records, each presenting itself as a new customer.

  3. 03

    “Whose lead is this?”

When nobody owns it, either two managers call the same person or nobody does.

None of this is carelessness — it is manual work, and manual work does not scale. The section below shows who does it instead.

How a lead is created

The customer types a number. This happens within seconds.

Nobody copies anything, and nobody tags anything.

Appears in the conversation

«You can reach me on 055 234 56 78»

  1. The number is recognised

It is searched for in five different shapes: international, local, written inside a sentence. Your own internal numbers are never counted as leads.

  2. Real intent is checked

If you want it, not everyone who shares a number becomes a lead — the bot first judges whether there was buying intent. Complaints and unrelated enquiries stay out of the pipeline.

  3. Duplicates are matched

If this number has been seen before, no new record is created — the conversation is added to the existing customer and their history is shown.

  4. Category and priority are set

The lead is classified by the rules you define and given one of high, medium or low priority.

  5. An owner is assigned

By one of four modes: manually, round-robin, by channel, or by the manager's current workload.

  6. The Telegram group is notified

A message lands in the sales group — who, from which channel, what they want, and a one-sentence summary of the conversation. The manager can work the lead from the buttons under that notification.

Not one line of the card on the right was typed by a person. The manager starts with that card rather than with a phone number. Nor do they have to sit down at the panel to open it: the same lead can be worked from the Telegram notification, and every tap there is written to this card as it happens. Everything that follows is logged too — assignment, call, no answer, message, note, stage change, reminder, closure: ten kinds of action.

One history

One customer. However many channels, one feed.

The customer changes channel; you do not start the conversation over.

  1. 12 May · Instagram

Asked the price under a reel, moved to DM

  2. 12 May · Instagram

Gave a number — lead created, assigned to Kamran

  3. 13 May · Call

Spoke, booked in for Friday at 11:00

  4. 19 June · WhatsApp

Wrote again — no new record, added to this feed

This feed is gathered from ten different sources: Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, your website, phone calls, the AI call agent, notes a manager typed by hand, and the system's own events.

  1. 01

    Your own sales stages

You start from a ready-made set and then shape it to your own process — creating, naming and colouring the stages yourself.

  2. 02

    Tags and your own fields

A customer who shares a number is tagged automatically; the rest of the tags and any extra fields are yours to define.

  3. 03

    Bring your existing base

You upload your current customer list as a CSV — duplicate numbers are checked during the import.

What it can do

Four jobs on the CRM side.

The lead is created, it finds an owner, it is tracked, and nothing goes missing. Open any of them to see what is inside.

Five-stage number search
International format, local format, a number written inside a sentence — all of them caught.
Your own numbers don't count
Internal company numbers go on a list and are never recorded as leads.
Buying-intent filter
If you want it, only enquiries with real purchase intent become leads — complaints and unrelated calls do not fill the pipeline.
Extra details from the conversation
Name, budget, date, size — whatever you defined is pulled from the chat and written to the card.

Scenarios

What the CRM side changes day to day.

All four are moments a sales team already lives through.

01

Campaign day

«Forty numbers came in today»

All forty are created, prioritised and split between managers automatically. Nobody builds a list.

02

A returning customer

«I bought from you last year»

The number is recognised and no new record appears. The manager sees last year's conversation too, and the customer does not repeat themselves.

03

Two managers, one customer

«Did you already call this person?»

The question never comes up: who the lead is assigned to, and when it was taken, is written on the card.

04

End-of-month review

«Why didn't the rest close?»

Because closing reasons are recorded, the answer is not guesswork — price, competitor and not-ready show up separately.

The Vexvon platform

Leads from every channel land in the same place.

Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, your website and your phone line all write to the same base.

A customer who writes on Instagram and then calls does not create two leads. The channel is only recorded as the source; the card, the history and the owner stay the same. Which is why “where did this person come from?” always has an answer.

Demo

Let's show you how a lead gets created.

Watching a finished card come out of a conversation is shorter than explaining it. Tell us briefly about your company — our AI Call Center agent will call you shortly and answer your questions.

  • Automatic leads and duplicate matching
  • Priority, category and assignment
  • One history across every channel
