«Is Leyla free on Friday at 15:00?»
The chatbot offers only the hours that are truly free on Leyla's schedule. The chosen slot goes to no one else until the customer confirms.
Whether a customer writes to the chatbot, calls in, or your staff enter the booking themselves — it all lands in the same system. Vexvon shows the free slots, sends the booking to you for approval, and never lets the same slot go to two customers.
One customer asks in a chat, another calls, and the front desk writes in a notebook. Each channel looks at its own list, and none of them knows what the others wrote down.
01
While an operator books 15:00 on the phone, the same hour is offered to someone else in a chat. The mistake only shows when both customers turn up at once.
02
A customer picks a time but takes their time confirming. Meanwhile the slot is either given to someone else or sits empty, given to nobody.
03
Who accepted a booking, when it was cancelled or moved to another time is recorded nowhere. When a dispute comes up, there is nothing to check.
Booking Engine brings every channel into one schedule: everyone sees the same free slots, and the final decision stays with you.
The chatbot, the call center and your staff all create bookings the same way. So a slot that looks free in the chatbot looks free to the operator too, and a taken slot is offered nowhere.

Offered to the customer
Leyla, stylist · Wednesday
If a break ends at 14:00, then 14:00 is already free and offered to customers.
Bookings that hold the slot
Bookings that are awaiting approval, confirmed, completed or marked as a no-show keep the slot taken.
Bookings that free the slot
A cancelled or rejected booking frees its slot at once, and the slot is offered again.
No overlaps
Two bookings on the same resource at the same time are blocked at the database level.
Two requests at once
If two channels ask for the same slot at the same moment, the first goes through and the second is turned down.
A booking from the chatbot or a call waits for your approval first. A booking entered in the dashboard is confirmed straight away, because your own staff created it.
The chatbot offers free slots across every specialist or table that provides this service.
The chosen slot is held for them for a short while. You set how long: 5 minutes by default, 60 at most.
The booking is created and waits for your approval.
An admin or manager approves or rejects the booking with one tap.
If approved, the booking takes effect. If rejected, the customer is notified where they wrote from.

The booking stays, only the time changes
Every status change is recorded. You can always look back and see when a booking was approved, cancelled or moved to another time.
For restaurants, the dashboard opens by branch, date and time, then the room you need. Each table's status comes straight from the system — the plan itself calculates nothing.

How it works
Twelve jobs in four groups: it works out free slots, protects them, puts the decision in your hands and keeps track of every change.
Any business that sells time or a place is asking the same question: is this slot free?
01
«Is Leyla free on Friday at 15:00?»
The chatbot offers only the hours that are truly free on Leyla's schedule. The chosen slot goes to no one else until the customer confirms.
02
«Do you have a table for four on Saturday evening?»
The system shows free tables in every room for that time. The host sees on the floor plan which tables are taken and which are awaiting approval.
03
«Which branch has a doctor free tomorrow morning?»
Each branch runs on its own schedule and time zone. Once a doctor's leave or a branch closure is entered, those hours are offered on no channel.
04
«Can I move my booking an hour later?»
The request arrives in Telegram, you approve it, and the new time is agreed with the customer. Until then the original booking stays untouched.
It's easier to show how it works than to describe it. Tell us briefly about your services and branches — our AI Call Center agent will call you shortly to answer your questions.
